Membership & fees
Annual membership for the current membership year. Membership is subject to verification and approval in accordance with PIWDO’s membership rules.
Categories and annual fees

Required documents
- Completed and duly filled PIWDO Membership Application Form.
- Recent passport-size photograph (scanned / digital copy).
- CNIC — front and back scanned copies.
- Proof of membership fee payment / fee deposit slip.
Submission process
- Complete the PIWDO Membership Application Form.
- Attach the required scanned documents listed above.
- Pay the applicable annual membership fee.
- Submit the completed form, documents and proof of payment to the PIWDO Secretariat.
- Membership will be subject to verification and approval in accordance with PIWDO’s applicable membership rules.
Important note: Annual membership fees are subject to the applicable PIWDO membership policy. Any future revision of fees or renewal terms shall be decided by the competent governing body of PIWDO.
Membership questions
General Member: PKR 5,000 per year. Executive Member: PKR 10,000 per year. Institutional / Corporate membership is also available — please contact the Secretariat for the fee.
You need: (1) a completed PIWDO Membership Application Form, (2) a recent passport-size photograph, (3) scanned copies of the front and back of your CNIC, and (4) proof of membership fee payment or the fee deposit slip.
Complete the application form (online on this website, or the printable PDF), attach the required documents, pay the annual fee, and submit everything with proof of payment to the PIWDO Secretariat. Membership is subject to verification and approval under PIWDO’s membership rules.
Use the Verify Membership page and enter the serial number printed on the card (for example PIWDO/MS/EM-000-26). The page shows the member’s name, category and validity only.
