How PIWDO handles information submitted through this website.

Information we collect
When you send a message through the contact form we store your name, email address, optional phone number and message so the Secretariat can reply.
When you apply for membership we store the details on the application form and the documents you upload (photograph, CNIC copies and proof of fee payment). These documents are stored in a private area of our server that is not accessible from the internet, and are only viewed by authorised PIWDO staff for verification.
Website assistant
If you use the website assistant, your questions may be sent to a third-party AI service to generate an answer. Do not share CNIC numbers, passwords or other personal information in the chat. Conversation logs, if enabled, are kept for a limited period and then deleted automatically.
Membership verification
The membership verification page shows only a member’s name, category, membership number and validity — never CNIC numbers, addresses or phone numbers.
